Randy, our master designer, site manager, and co-owner will work with you each step of the way: from designing your pool to personally supervising each phase of installtion to startup of your new backyard paradise!
Deanna, Randy's wife and co-owner runs the retail store and is the head sales person for the Marquis Spas & Hot Tubs!
Melisa is our Lead Design Consultant, with more than 8 years experience! She is a a blessing to us, very professional and knowledgeable!
Maegan is Randy and Deanna's oldest daughter who joined the company in 2006 as a design consultant. Maegan also serves as the office manager for the pool construction. Any questions on the day-to-day activies of your pool can be referred her or Randy. She is a talented designer and office manager!
Teri, Randy & Deanna's youngest daughter works parttime in the retail store as she goes to school. She can help you with chemicals, parts and is a Marquis salesperson in the making. We are so blessed to have both our daughters working with us!
Randy worked with the City of Pearland for several years as the Plans Examiner and Code Enforcement Officer. He reviewed various types of plans from commercial buildings, to home remodeling to swimming pools. With this experience, Randy is very knowledgeable and mindful of the code requirements.
Randy and Deanna have lived in the Pearland area for over 20 years and are members of the First Baptist Church of Pearland. Our family is here, our friends and our children and grandchild are here. Pearland is our home!

| POOL & SPA TIPS | |
- Always test the water before swimming to ensure chemicals are within the acceptable ranges.
- Always bathe after swimming to wash residual chemicals from the skin.
- Follow a regular preventative maintenance schedule to help eliminate costly repairs in the future.
- Keep pets out of the pool. Pet hair and dander can clog filters creating more maintenance issues than normal. If pets do swim, be sure to bathe them after swimming as well.
- Reduce your chemical use in the winter when cooler pool temperatures mean that bacteria is growing at a slower rate.
- Always remember to clean your pool on a regular basis.
